[Committee] Room usage compaint

Regarding the email below. I'm not aware that we overran on any day, we were definitely tight but I didn't think we actually affected anything. Though I do remember the day when someone from the department spoke to us, but the room wasn't used afterwards that day. James, what exactly did she say?

Hello

We have had complaints of you overrunning your room bookings in G01 affecting the teaching and lectures of students in the department. Can you please write an apology addressed to the Materials students and lecturers for the impact caused by your sessions over running.

Please be aware that your misuse of rooms effects all students groups and this department are threatening to revoke the union ability to book rooms.

Can you please confirm whether you were using a room last weekend?
