Dear Joel,

I hope you’re well. I’ve been given your name by my colleagues in the
International Office. We are in urgent need of volunteers for our
international fair on Sunday 30th September. We need as many people as
possible to help welcome and direct the new students, carry boxes, help
with setting up and packing away etc. The volunteers will  be needed from
10am – approx 5pm on the day and will receive a free lunch and tea. I
understand you helped us out last year and was wondering if you would be
able to this year or know anyone else who could.
