[Committee] Dropbox help

For those of you who aren't seeing Dropbox updates, go to https://www.dropbox.com/ and click the blue 'Download Dropbox' button on the home page before you login. This makes your dropbox a folder on your computer like My Documents or anything else, and you should then get pop-up notices telling you when something's changed, and it' easier to save things there.
