Hey,

So I have now put together a template for logging events on Dropbox - you can find it in the Dropbox folder Events Information.

Essentially if you open the template, it will create a new word document with my preset information text boxes in, that will tell you what kinds of things need to go in each box. So basically fill it out, and then save it in the format YYYY-MM-DD Event Title.doc - this way they will save in chronological order, and still give the information required to know which is which!

Feel free to make a subfolder for recurring events - I haven't really thought of an effective way to avoid mounds of HUB paperwork yet, so you can get back to me on that (particularly Caitlin).

I will try to keep a regular eye on them and rename any where people forget, and if we need subfolders for things I may just do that anyway.

If there are any glaring omissions or faults with the template, let me know and I will amend them. Otherwise, let's get going!
