5. I'm pretty sure that's still a Conferences and Events booking. But I will check for tomorrow
7. It's on the room booking sheet - Hux 344 18:00-23:00

We will have some time on this in the meeting on Wednesday but I'm just starting things rolling.
1. Prayer
We have a prayer meeting on Saturday, I think a lot of which can be focused on this, though obviously up to you Luke, if that's alright.
2. Music
I'm getting in touch with Ezequiel to hand things over and then will get on that asap. Phoebe could you get me in touch with Gospel Choir?
3. Speaker
Mark was still willing to speak whenever we wanted to do it. Ben, when you go back to him with our answer could you ask him about what he wanted to speak on and how flexible that is?
4. Skit
James you spoke to a few people about this at HUB a while back, who was interested?
5. Publicity
Let's get creative. We have the standard flyers and posters, Luke's article in Felix hopefully...what else? I had an idea to have a stall in Sherfield at some point in the week before (maybe more than once), with hot drinks, mince pies, and invitations. That used to be booked through conferences I think John but it's worth checking if it's moved to the Union system. More thoughts? Flash mob? Video?
6. Decorations
Lisa is on this, at since we don't have a HUB planned for the week of the carol service I suggested that we could use that time to continue making decorations and pray for the carol service and sing carols, and generally have Christmassy fun :)
7. Party
I've lost track of the plan for this. Do we have a room?
Anything else?
Hope I'm not drowning anyone, I'm just trying to make best use of the time.
Caitlin
