Dear all,

As we approach the end of the year, you will no doubt be planning on clearing up any outstanding financial issues before you hand over. I'm writing to let you know we have set certain deadlines for various financial processes this year. Do bear these in mind over the next few weeks – some of them are quite soon.

  *   Any budget redistributions, transaction corrections or internal charges should be completed by Friday 15 June;
  *   Claim forms should be submitted by Friday 29 June;
  *   Purchase Orders should be raised and submitted by Friday 29 June;
  *   Any sales invoices must be created in eActivities by Friday 13 July;
  *   There will be no payments made during the first two full weeks in August to allow for year-end processes. This will mean the first payments for 2012/13 will be in the week beginning 20 August 2012.
