[Committee] Information about the ICCU committee mailing list

Dear lovely ICCU committee members,

Can I ask that you stop sending to the committee at iccu.co.uk address
alongside other email addresses?
Not only am I required to authorise it, because the mailing list only allows
one recipient (itself) or it throws errors,
but as well, it may be worth noting, anyone who clicks "reply all" and is
not on the mailing list, will also get an authorisation request.

The correct/preferred method is to either have all email addresses, instead
of the mailing list, or alternatively, create a new mailing list....
