Just over 24 hours to go, so let's firm up final plans for the big event tomorrow...



Tables

Do we have tables for food and book stall yet?



Podium

Any chance of a podium, do we know?



Is anyone free before 12pm tomorrow?

Perhaps you could hit "reply all" and say so... then Funmi and Caitlin will know if there's anyone to help with food/bookstall/guest list



Refreshments

Your help with proving refreshments will be greatly appreciated.

Funmi - it might be worth checking we've got enough plates and plastic cups etc... otherwise we might need to get more... Sorry if you've already done this...



Josh and James

These guys are doing a sterling job in charge of technical stuff - the best thing will be to stay out of their way while they set stuff up - they know what they're doing with it... and people in the way will just slow things down...



Laminated Arrows

If anyone is free before 12, then please could they stick up the laminated arrows in Sherfield which will direct people... they in the cupboard along with white-tack. Thanks...



Flyering

There's still some good flyering slots left before the event:

  *   Lunchtime today
  *   Before 9am tomorrow - me and James did some this morning and got rid of loads of flyers at Queen's gate...
  *   During lunch tomorrow - catches last minute people, and helps create abn atmosphere of an "event"...
