James - are we doing any flyering on Monday and Tuesday?  I've got a wadge, but I think we need to print more! I've got no lectures on Monday morning, so I'm happy to do some flyering then and catch people coming into lectures. Any one want to help?

I will print off more flyers on Monday...
Should we say anyone who wants to help with flyering at lunch, meet at Sherfield at 12pm or 1pm. Are we going to have a table?

Getting really excited about this event, it's a really brilliant opportunity. I actually managed to get my Philosophy lecturer to recommend it to everyone in the Philosophy lecture so we've got some good publicity going but let's really push it with this!!!!!!

I think it's probably worth sending out an email tomorrow evening reminding people to invite friends and come along. Also, I've made a facebook page for it and invited you all, please accept the invitation (even if you're not coming) and invite your friends, this should be an excellent lecture.

For those of you who don't know we're actually live streaming this on the internet as well to uni's around the country and anyone who wants to watch it so if you've got contacts in other universities let them know! I just finished doing some tests for the livestream and it all seems to be going well.

BUT most of all please pray for this event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We really need prayer for everything: publicity, that people would come along, that Bill would knock it out of the park, that all the technical aspects will go well. So please PRAY!!!!!!!!!!

Josh, Tom, would you like a follow up email from the advertisment in HUB about food and general details sent to the CU? If so, just let me know what to include.


Also, I've been looking at my lab schedule for Tuesday and it's looking unlikely that I'll be able to get there for 12 though I'll be as quick as I can so I'm going to need some people to help with escorting guests and getting them on the guest list.
I'm just going to go ahead and contact these people: Rebecca Guenault, Ben Robinson, John Raftery, Lisa van Opstal, Chloe Houghton, Aren Yip, Pete Barnardo. (I know I've nabbed a few Cell leaders Min, so just let me know if that's a problem).
Someone let me know if there are any problems there or anyone else they'd suggest.
