[Committee] Carol Service

That's great news.

As we don't have a committee meeting, we need to make a few decisions for
the IC Trust application.

   - How much are going to apply for, Im thinking the cost of the hall (max
   £400).
   - What has been there response in previous years?
   - Finally how are we going to show their support?
