Ezequiel - I will get in touch with Andy to get musical arrangements for the wind band/musicians and send them to you ASAP.
Caitlin - When do you need to do the form by? We haven't got a speaker yet (because we needed to confirm the date and the venue first)... will discuss this with others then get back to you.

I may as well take this opportunity to say there will be no committee meeting this Wednesday. Andy Towner (mission speaker) is coming to Imperial - so I've arranged for a few of us to meet with him to chat about mission week instead. If anyone has any thoughts or questions, please email them to me... but we will discuss things like format, talks titles etc.
