<p class="MsoNormal">Thank you for your application for a stall at the New Year Fair on Tuesday 28<sup>th</sup> January. We had a high number of applications but I am pleased to tell you that Christian Union has been allocated a stall.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Due to the high number of applications, some stalls are shared between two groups which I appreciate is not ideal but we wanted to give this opportunity to as many Clubs, Societies & Projects as possible and the tables and space should
be ample for two groups. I will email the stall locations on Monday or you will be directed to the location on the day.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The fair is in the great hall starting at 11.00. You can register and set up from 9.00 and we ask that you have completed this by 10.45 at the latest. You are required to have a committee or club member present for the duration of the fair
and that you clear away any rubbish or advertising materials after the end of the fair at 16.00.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I hope you take this opportunity to engage with students and advertise the upcoming events and activities on offer. Having costumes or kit, props, photos and other attractive items on your stall is a great way to do this as well as approaching
people to talk to.</p>
