My name is Ivan So and if I am not mistaken you are the international coordinator of IC Christian Union? I am writing to ask for help regarding the use of storage rooms in the union.

I am the ambassador of AnimeSoc and we share the same storage room. We have noticed that your society suffers from an overflow of bibles, books, food and various other materials. This poses a real hazard and it is against union rules to obstruct the walkway
between shelves. This also causes inconvenience to your neighbours (and to you too! I can't imagine how to find stuff through that massive pile!).

It would be very helpful if you can clear it up as soon as possible. I am sure that there is a way to reorganise it. If you need more space I strongly suggest that you apply for more with the union.
