<div>If it's not too much more money I think going for the stage is a much better idea than having tiered seating out. We don't want it to feel too much like a lecture/performance. However if it really does take ages to set up the whole stage, could we just
have some of it? The wind band and choir don't necessarily all need to be up high, just the speaker really.</div>

The event in there the previous day has no chairs or stage, which means we get charged for the man hours of the external contractors who do the set up. Conferences are getting me a quote. To have the stage set up will take a long time so will cost a lot, around
£100-150. Our other option is to just have the tiered seating, which is a lot quicker to set up and then have the choir/band/speaker on the floor at the bottom of that on the floor.
<b>Josh/Ezequiel/anyone else</b> thoughts?<br>
