<p>Let's meet Friday at <font size="4">12.30 </font>in the <u>SAF</u>. Those who can only make it from 1pm, please join us when you can. For all your hard work, I will bring
<u>yummy treats </u>for you all.</p>

<p>Something I thought was quite funny: apparently, us all sitting together after Hub without Tom looked like we were planning some sort of mutiny!! Lol.</p>

<li>You have asked (via email) Pete to speak, but have others in mind to ask in case he can't do it.
</li><li>May have access to some nice decorative lighting- get back to me on that. </li><li>Need to discuss funds with Andy for hiring equipment from Dramsoc? Under the impression, the bigger the better with regards to tech equipment and decorations.
</li><li>Of course, grab whoever you need to to help with equipment on the day. </li><li>Apparently, Dramsoc are still waiting for their lecturn to be returned after the Craig lecture- know anything about that?</li></ul>

<li>Could you somehow square our providing our own food with conferences? </li><li>Continue your excellent work on Great Hall booking/ paperwork. With regards to the speaker, if that changes would it be ok just to amend the booking paperwork?

<li>As far as I know, you are generally quite free for the rest of term... can I put you in charge of decorations? Discuss a budget with Andy.
</li><li>Ben said he wouldn't mind helping with that, so has Chloe and Lisa. They are all Physicists though, and apparently are quite unlikely to be able help on the day due to tight deadlines that week. Doesn't mean they can't help make stuff/ plan in the time
leading up to the day. Lisa was talking about glitter and fake snow, exciting.... Could you think of more people to ask? I'm free all afternoon on the day so I can certainly help. If we wanna do this well and from the effort it sounded like it took last year,
let's get as much wo/man-power as possible.</li></ul>

<li>So we discussed getting the CU to contribute with decorations and food. If we go with this, we'll need to incorporate letting people know about this into next week's Hub and perhaps actually doing some sort of decoration making session. May need to source
materials/ ask people to bring stuff, if we go with that. Chat with Min, perhaps. Could you have a think about/ plan that? Also who should bring what food (I could take care of collection/ organisation on the day). </li></ul>

<li>Publicity- flyers, videos, posters, website, twitter, facebook events etc. What would be good? Grab whoever you need to help you get the message out there, design/ act stuff out.
</li><li>With flyers, can we get some printed professionally in time or just go with SAC printers? The free Impact Tues lunch slot, would be an excellent time to do publicity for the Carol Service with as much of the CU involved as possible.
</li><li>The programme: do you have last year's for ideas if you need it? Liase with Ezequiel for music stuff. We're going with 6.30 for 7pm start.

<li>Keep an eye out for news of the IC trust application. </li><li>Chat with Josh and Min about setting a budget for equipment hire and decorations.

<li>Musicians/ choir are ready to go, awaiting instructions?- give them what we have. Arrange practice times, if needed.
