<p>I have requested the following rooms:</p>
<ol style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">
<li>SAF 121 & 122, Hub, 17:45-21:00 all thursdays apart from freshers' week, mission launch and carol service until Thu 15th December, will we be having one that week?
</li><li>JCR, Freshers event 06/10/11 18:00-19:00- Are we having a guest speaker for this event, because I will need to add that information to the request.
</li><li>JCR, Carol Service reception 08/10/11 17:00-21:30. According to the room booking training we are allowed to provide our own food as long as it is shop bought, so no home baking, but that should help with budgeting.
</li><li>Beit Quad Meeting Room, Prayer Meeting, 0800-0900 every Wednesday.</li></ol>
<ul>
<li>None of these have been confirmed I will let you know as they are. </li><li>I'm in the process of booking the Great Hall, that takes a little longer because it's through conferences. This will cost £250-just warning you Andy!
</li><li>Joel, I'm not sure if the rooms at the back of SAF are bookable, but I will try, and if not I'll book the SAF 121 &122 rooms that we use for Hub. I will talk to Kerlina about this seperately.
</li><li>And looking way in advance...what are peoples thoughts on attempting the Albert Hall for the 2012 Carol Service, it's not available this year, but currently is next year...it's going to cost in the region of £12,000?</li></ul>
