<div><font size="2" face="tahoma">Please read this carefully, as it's very important otherwise the union will not recognise your training even if you might have already completed it.</font></div>

<div><font size="2" face="tahoma">You may have completed online training relevant to your committee position before BUT it will not be registered unless you do it in the following way:</font></div>
<div><font size="2" face="tahoma"></font> </div>
<ol>
<li><font size="2" face="tahoma">Visit <a href="https://eactivities.union.ic.ac.uk/switchboard">
https://eactivities.union.ic.ac.uk/switchboard</a> and log in using your college login.</font>
</li><li><font size="2" face="tahoma">Click on the following tabs: Main Switchboard > Club & Society Admin > Club & Society Details</font>
</li><li><font size="2" face="tahoma">On the right hand side should be a table headed "SCC Christian Union". Under that table, click on the "Documents" tab.</font>
</li><li><font size="2" face="tahoma">A list headed Training Quizzes will appear and underneath that, highlighted in red, are all the committee members who haven't yet completed a particular training quiz. The committee member simply called "Committee Member" is
Joel Boon (i.e. international secretary). Even if you might have done that quiz before, you might still be on this list because you didn't do the quiz by logging into eactivities.</font>
</li><li><font size="2" face="tahoma">To complete the Training Quiz click on the following tabs: Main Switchboard > Training Quizzes.</font>
</li><li><font size="2" face="tahoma">Under the table headed "Training Quizzes" click on the tab labelled with the name of the training quiz you need to complete. For most of you it is "Key Information". Then start the training quiz.</font>
</li><li><font size="2" face="tahoma">The quiz is not timed but you must get above 70% to pass. I highly recommend you go to
<a href="https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/training" target="_blank">https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/training</a> and at the bottom of the webpage you can download the Key Information Booklet, which contains all the info you need to pass the Key Information
quiz.</font></li></ol>

<b>Freshers’ Fair</b> are now well underway. The plans are now online so check your stall location at

submitted a special request you will receive a separate e-mail explaining whether or not it has been granted. At this stage it is highly unlikely that your position will change unless you can produce a compelling reason why it must.</span></p>

will be charged a fee. When booking these boards please give your stall number as they will need to be placed in the appropriate area.</span></p>

Great Hall</b> and that set-up is from <b>09:00 </b>on <b>Tuesday 5 October</b> for the Fair which will start at the earlier time of
<b>10:00</b>. This is to allow time for the <b>Clubs & Societies Fair</b> which is just for Postgraduates and is
<b>10:00-11:00</b> with Undergraduates invited from <b>11:00</b>. Please ensure you are confident of your location in advance. A full list of the rules for the day can be found at
