Great to hear that carol service is still happening and with the help of the Gospel choir and wind band as well! The flyer looks great and I'm excited for what God will be doing in the lives of the people who will be coming! Will be keeping you guys in prayer. =) <br>

Christmas is great because it's a time when the rest of the nation (often unknowingly) helps us to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ - the ultimate gift of love from God to mankind. It's the one time of year when almost all our friends are willing to join us in church or at the CU carol service, so let's make the most of it to help them understand why Jesus' birth matters.<br>
<br>To help you, the Christian Union is putting on our own carol service on Imperial campus. It's on Thursday the 17th Dec in place of HUB, starting at 7:30 in the Great Hall. We've got the IC Gospel Choir and Wind Band performing and leading the carols so it's going to be a really easy invite. Joe Dent from St Nicholas, Sevenoaks is speaking plus there's hot drinks and mince pies before and after the service.<br>
<br>The Great Hall is pretty big so let's get inviting! There's a picture of the flyer attached and there'll be a big box of them at HUB on Thursday to give to your friends.<br><br>On a completely different note: if you want to come on New Word Alive at Easter (13th-18th April 2010), please tell Liz Oliver (<a href="mailto:elizabeth.ollyver@googlemail.com" target="_blank">elizabeth.ollyver@googlemail.com</a>). I think it'll cost £99 and it's worth double that. Sorry that it requires some forward planning - please try to come if at all possible. It really is awesome.<br>
