The only place that that is true of is the union - and that is almost always booked up. You can try asking for one though.

Also re. Fuz, you'll need to suggest an actual venue to book it!

Eric will need to know rooms for all bookings we intend to make next term that we know about now. Anything not nailed down (such as the Fuz event) is fine, but things like HUB - keep the room where it is? Try for somewhere else? Anything I forgot? I assume Ben/Jess will be on top of making sure those decisions are made :)
