[Committee] Illusionist Event

Hey Chloe
	* Specific Illusion Night posters are a great idea, get them up!

	* I think we should keep the charge on the door, I honestly think more people will come if we do charge than if we don't. I think its a psychological thing, if people aren't paying then they'll expect the illusions to be really amateur. I don't think there are a lot of people put off by £2, this is not an expensive event, in fact its very reasonable for a professional illusion night! My baguette for lunch cost more than £2.

	* Also I think we are unlikely to get much in terms of donations, I know Todd says there is no minimum charge for the night but we should really be giving him a decent amount for the night rather than a few people's small change.
Anyway, what does everyone else think?

>1)      No charge.  If no one comes, it’ll suck! And it’ll be such a shame!  I think Free would be the best policy, with ‘Donations Welcome’. Todd would be more disappointed if no one came because of the charge…
>2)      Create posters specifically for this event – more easily visible/obvious as to what’s happening, and good because it’s a completely different type of event to lunchbars etc, and is aimed at a different/bigger audience, so should have a different approach to publicity.
