[Committee] Inviting people to be on the next committee

Hi Everyone,

With regards to inviting people to be on the next committee, lets get on this quickly, but give people some time to think about it. Ideally it would be good if you could each talk to the people you need to today or tomorrow (HUB and Uncover training stand out as obvious opportunities) and then give them a half a week to think about it, to talk it over with parents, their prayer triplets, Church staff etc. Maybe asking people for a decision by next Wednesday. If they seem apprehensive about what the role involves it may be worth meeting up for half and hour or an hour sometime this weekend to talk over what being on committee is like, what the role involves etc.
