The waste amnesty could be very useful for our cupboard, is anyone free before or after committee meeting to help me do some rubbish clearing?

Hello!
I hope you have all had a good sign up from Freshers’ Fair, and all your “taster” events have been going well. We are having a waste amnesty (as in free) this week to allow everyone to through away any rubbish that has built up.

Waste & WEE (Waste Electrical) Amnesty
We will be having a waste amnesty in the Quad on Wednesday 17 October with the rubbish to be removed on Thursday 18 October. Place you stuff in the marked area before Thursday morning and it will be disposed of on your behalf free of charge. Pease clear out your rooms of any rubbish or equipment that is not useful we are short of storage space and most of the storerooms are full of rubbish. Use Either the Wednesday afternoon to clear out your storeroom or another day beforehand. If you want space to empty your storeroom before Wednesday please email me.

Waste Electrical, we can arrange free disposal if you submit a list of equipment before Wednesday 17 October to Crowther, Anthony R (a.crowther at imperial.ac.uk<mailto:a.crowther at imperial.ac.uk>).

Websites
These should be on the union server. Hosting space is provided free of charge. If you need to set up a website email ICU Nigerian Society nigerian at imperial.ac.uk<mailto:nigerian at imperial.ac.uk>.

Posters
Please read the publicity manual before putting up posters. There is a fine of £5 for any poster in breach of the publicity policy.

The deadline for space requests is this Wednesday 17 October 17.00. Anyone who needs more storage space especially those that do not have any please fill in this form and send it to Laura, Fellows (l.fellows at imperial.ac.uk<mailto:l.fellows at imperial.ac.uk>) or hand it into SAC. Freshers’ Fair thank you
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone for making Freshers’ Fair great. We had no real issues during the day from Clubs, Societies or Project which is a testament to all of you.
