[Committee] Committee meeting Wednesday SAF 12pm

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all holding together in the last few weeks of term. God has blessed us mightily with lots of new faces in the CU this term, and we need to be mindful of the future of the CU, so we will be primarily thinking about the next CU committee this week.

We are going to meet at the slightly earlier time of 12pm this week as Caitlin and I have to leave by 2pm, we will still be in the SAF as usual.

Agenda:

	* Carol service Action Plan - music, speaker, skit, publicity, decorations, party and prayer
	* CU records, I have a few old books which say inside the cover "If found please return to the Imperial College Christian Union Secretary", we need to decide what to do with them
	* Next year's committee (please read through and have a think about this stuff before the meeting):
	* How have you all found being on committee?
	* How well has your role fit in with the aims of the CU?
	* Do you think you role has been too much to do or less than you could have managed?
	* With regards to your role on committee what should we keep the same and what should we change?
	* Who is willing and able to stay on committee next year?
	* We will generate a list of core CU members who might be suitable to come on to the committee next Feb

We will leave it there this week, we aren't going to start discussing filling committee roles, we'll do that later.
