[Committee] Carols music

I am happy to take on Ezequiel's role in the music organising, I have quite a lot of music contacts in and out of the CU and don't have much HUB stuff to be sorting at the moment. James, do you think it would be OK if I go to the meeting with Aren?

I could talk to Chris Ma from my church, he studies at the royal academy of music and plays the organ, perhaps he could play the organ in the great hall for us?

If it is going to be Hillsong lead (perhaps), in the nicest possible way can we ensure it isn't in say the Hillsong style... and endeavour to keep the music in a fairly traditional carol service style?

Hi everyone, slightly bad news.

Ezequiel has told me that he's unable to put in the hours necessary to organise all the Carols music, due to a heavy workload. He was very apologetic & I told him not to worry and that we'd see what we can do. He will be meeting with Aren Yip this week to discuss how Aren and some Hillsong guys might want to be involved, and I intend to go along to that meeting. But after that he will have to cut his involvement.

I don't think this is any reason to panic, but let's be praying that there would still be some good music at the service and considering how we might be able to chip in and help out.
