[Committee] Weekend away cupboard stuff

For anyone who is free lets make 5:30 by Beit the meeting time for the pack up.


Ben, can you bring the list of who is coming and tick off who is there when they get on the bus to make sure we don't leave anyone behind, and so you know about any very late additions.
