[Committee] Weekend away cupboard stuff

I am meeting Alex Mason and one of the committee from the gospel choir to pick up their drum kit at 5:30pm, so we can also help load the coach with the other stuff.


If we are giving everyone 5 luke's gospels then we'll need about 250, or 4 to 5 boxes.

Promise I won't look in the suitcase...
