[committee] CU Committee meeting SAF 1pm Wednesday

Hey Everyone,

I think this is probably going to be our last formal committee meeting this term. We will be meeting at 1pm in SAF on wednesday i.e. tomorrow! (sorry for the late notice, I have been away all weekend.)

On the agenda this week we will be thinking practically about the big events which we are planning for next term, including the carol service.
We will be thinking about:
	* what are the essential things needed to run a big event so that lots of people hear about Jesus and are given the opportunity to respond?
	* What are we trying to say at our big events?
	* Practical planning aspects for the events
	* how we go about publicity for the series and tie it in neatly with mission week so that learning about Jesus is streamlined and easy for our non-christian friends

 As always bring along your ideas and anything else you think we need to be talking about.
