Hi guys, I know everyone's really busy but there are Carol Service things that keep popping into my head that I then worry about, and if I try and keep track of everything I may implode. Sorry if people are already on top of these.

Order of service: I've written most of this but could someone look it over from a design point of view and just to have another pair of eyes to proof read. Ben, should we use an adaptation of the flyer design for the cover?

Party food: who is on this and how are we going to set it up so that it's ready for after the service? Are we still asking CU members to bring mince pies? Do we have the urn John?

Readers: we have 3 readings feom Isaiah 9, John 1 and Luke 2. My current people to ask, haven't actually asked them yet, are Lorna from CMF and a fresher, not sure who, any ideas please let me know!

Meeting the speaker: a CCK fresher who knows him?

Set-up and decoration team?

Welcome team?
