[Committee] International Office freshers events/activities

Hi,

(I’m sending out this to the committee, our international team and Rele from CMF only first…) The international office is organising some activities/events for international students, and of the list I’ve picked out two that I think we can help substantially, which will help us maximise interaction with the students. As I’ll have to get back to them about numbers and all that, please let me know as soon as possible if you’ll be around and keen to help? 

>>>>> 1) Lunch session, Friday 30 Sep, 1-3pm, SCR
Volunteers will have a long lunch with international students attending a workshop at 12-1pm. They will be provided with free vouchers for a free lunch at SCR.

>>>>> 2) International Students Welcome, Sunday 2 Oct, 10am-4pm
Volunteers will help with stewarding students to venues and mingling with them during the mini-fair. They will be provided with a free lunch and afternoon tea.
