[Committee] Freshers Week

Would it be possible to make up a sign up sheet to help out at Freshers Fair and send that out with the email so that people can sign up to help out on the stall at Freshers Fair? I don't know whether it's best to do it just as a people email in when they're free or whether we can figure out some way of having an online rota where people can sign up for slots?

Hi all,

Here's a rough guide to Freshers Week which I've produced.  This guide is for the CU (rather than new Freshers) to let them know what's going on, so they can be praying and can think about how they can get involved.  We will produce something we can send/give out to Freshers soon - which will include the details of Church Tours etc.

Folks that weren't at Forum - just to let you know that  we have a new relay worker - David (from Brazil) - woop!  Chris - do you have his email address, so we can forward committee stuff to him?

Caitlin, please could you use your secretary powers to send this round the mailing list.  Also, David would like to be added to the mailing list, once we've got his email address.

Any questions/thoughts/ideas then please email them round!
