[Committee] FW: Store room 40

I will check the store room tomorrow, but I'm also going to email Monya letting her know that we don't actually only have the book shelf so don't have anywhere near enough space to keep everything and we are trying our best to keep it tidy using boxes and bags...you never know it might get us some more space.
But as a general point can people be careful to keep things as contained as possible.

Hi All,

The store room you all use is in a mess at the minute and the Fire Officer is coming round to inspect us on Thursday.  Please can you remove all items from the floor and tidy shelves so he doesn’t take away your key.  If you need to dispose of large things please let me know and we can arrange this. Please treat this as an urgent request.
