[Committee] Union Freshers' Fair info

Hi guys,
I went to the union meeting this evening and there were a few things about Freshers' Fair that you prob need to know for tomorrow, I'm going to include the things that you prob already know because I'm just copying down the notes:

  *   Set up 1000
  *   Fair 1100-1600
  *   SAC open from 0800
  *   Plans on imperialcollegeunion.org -> What's on Calendar
  *   No self-made food and drink
  *   No trading (i.e. money off ppl)
  *   Be considerate (music etc)
  *   Freshers' Fair helpers are in yellow
  *   Union Stewards are in green
  *   Laptop Charging point in SAC
  *   Listen to safety ppl or they get cross
  *   No daisy chaining of power cables-basically since we haven't been given power we're not allowed power
  *   Collect your rubbish at the end - goes to back of Sherfield
  *   Return table to Queen's Lawn carpark (and we get 2 drinks tokens from that...so first dibs :P)
  *   Afterparty and 1830 in Metric
