[Committee] No meeting (I don't think)

just to let you guys know. the wind band have the cu carol service on their calendar page online. they got back to me with a query about a carol which i am resolving atm. but all in all the signs are good that they are on board. (though i still need to ask them if they will play a piece on their own). the gospel choir has also replied saing that they are happy to be there singing throughout and they've already told me the piece they intend to sing. i have answered them asking to have a second one ready just in case because of the wind band uncertainty principle XD
richard dikins has also replied on how to get the key for the organ and i have to meet him up one of these days so he shows me how to connect it for the night however....
... i havent been able to contact organ players. so unless we can get one soon we might not have organ on the night. so if you know of any organ player contact them please!!!
that is all the updating i feel is needed
will be going home this weekend and i'll try to get some decorations
