[Committee] Carol Service publicity

All great ideas :) Would love to do all 4!

Could we have some themed music playing perhaps? To compliment any non singing times. Music always draws attention.

I know this is James’ area and I’m really sorry if I’m butting in, but since we have the level 2 Sherfield concourse booked from midday on the day of the carol service, I’ve just been thinking of some ideas of what we could do with it and thought I’d get the ball rolling:

1.       Mince Pies – get CU ppl to donate mince pies and have a mince-pie-and-a-flyer thing going

2.       Tea/Coffee – the union have a hot water thing that we can borrow, may have to check the rules on this but I’m sure it’ll be fine

3.       Projector – get the carol service video up

4.       Carol Singing – not just that afternoon, we can’t get either of the concourse areas at any other time that we but I don’t see any problem with being around campus
Any thoughts/other ideas?
