[Committee] Weekend Away

Hi,

Below is the email I'll send out to everyone who's coming, please can you
check is to make sure I haven't forgotten anything.

A few more people have signed up over the weekend which brings us to 30.

Hi All

It's great you're coming!

We will be leaving from the SAF on Friday in groups, Caitlin will arrange
the times and she will send out an email.

What you need to bring:

   - Sleeping bag, only mattress covers and pillows are given. You can
   request a duvet set at £5, if you need one please tell me asap and by
   Tuesday.
   - You will be able to attend one of two activities on Saturday
   afternoon, Team Building or Archery. Team building is great fun, but can
   get a bit muddy, so bring older clothes.
   - CAKE - there is a competition!

Please come ready to pay, by Cash or Cheque made payable to "Imperial
College Union".
