[Committee] Next Committee Meetings and CU cupboard

Hi Guys,

Some of you will have received an email from Natasha about a london-wide CU meeting/training session for mission week on Wed 9th  - so next week that's what we will do...

In preparation for that, we need to make some quick moves on Mission Week decisions (we still need to get a speaker etc.) so with that in mind, tomorrow, can I just see Josh, Joel and Funmi at 1pm for a scaled-down meeting and we will make some final decisions... (in SAF as usual).

If anyone has any notices for HUB, please send them to Guy, currently, I think we need:

  *   Another weekend away ad.
  *   Another Impact Ad (perhaps with some flyers, James?)
  *   Probs some other stuff - let Guy know...

Also, you will have seen the email about the CU cupboard: we want to stay friends with the Union, and we don't want to get fined... Josh has kindly agreed to relocate the speakers - that's the main obstacle. Since Monya (from the Union) will be inspecting it tomorrow, I suggest we do a bit of a movement before/after the prayer meeting... Will anyone definitely be there tomorrow - preferably who has no lecture at 9am, who can just make sure stuff is out the way... - let me know please, and that will put my mind at rest!

I think Caitlin is going to get in touch with Monya at some point to request more space, since we are a very active society, and we have a disproportionately small amount of space compared to the Games Soc.

I will by some chocolates/sweets for the games society by way of an apology.
