Hi all,
First of all, well done to most of you for surviving the year. (Sorry to those of you who are still going!) Just to remind you, we'd greatly value anyone's input on Mission Speakers (links to talks in Guy's email below). If you've listened to everyone, and could send in a 1st choice (and 2nd if you want) (you can give your reasons if you want), your input would be valued - although don't stress if you haven't had chance to listen to the talks - we'd very much value your prayer just as much (if not more!)
Have an epic summer!
If anyone's in London at all, let me know. I'm working here over the summer - it would be good to stay in touch.
I will be in touch about plans for Forum at some point.
Tom

Hey everyone,
Here is a link to a talk by Vince Vitale at Oxford Uni's mission week this year:

Here are the others again:
Andrew Sach
He did the lunchbars at Durham's mission this year - you can listen to them here. (The sound quality is a bit poor on the 1st talk)

Amy Orr-Ewing
Lots of talks and articles here, from UCCFs www.bethinking.org<http://www.bethinking.org/> (which is a brilliant resource - if you haven't come across it yet, take a look!)

Hi all,
Hope things aren't too stressful for you all. Just a few things.....
(1) I initially proposed we have a short meeting 5pm tomorrow (Wednesday). As things stand, I really don't know whether I'd be able to make it, because timings are very hit and miss with the group project I'm on at the moment. Therefore, I'm going to have to cancel the meeting, which means the next time most of us will see each other is Forum. Sorry about that - I hope you understand. It's very busy for lots of us at the moment with projects and exams, so finding a time when we're all together is difficult.
(2) Josh, Fumni and I met up last night to discuss carol service speaker. From people who were able to reply to Josh's email last week and our thoughts, we've decided to go with J John as our first choice. Please be praying he accepts.
(3) Mission Speaker. Since Micheal is unavailable, we need to make a decision fairly soon-ish. To go along with Amy Orr-Ewing and Andrew Sach (previous suggestions), Chris O has recommended Vince Vitale (http://www.rzim.eu/biography-vince-vitale) - who's from RZIM - the same organisations as Amy and Micheal. I haven't found any talks by him, but if anyone finds any, please feel free to send them round. Again, anyone who has time, please could you listen to the options and send a top 1 or top 2 choices for Mission Week around by Wednesday 1st July, then me Josh and Funmi will meet to decide based on that. (Links to Amy and Andrew's talks were sent round at the start of the Easter - by the sounds of it, a few of you have already listened to those ones anyway). Sorry this decision is a bit rushed, but RZIM have offered to put us in touch with Amy/Vince if we want, so we don't want to miss on that opportunity. Hope this makes sense.
(4) Thank you for all your support for the CU since March - especially as things have got busy!
(5) Have a good summer
(6) Picnic in Hyde Park on Thursday!
Thanks,
Tom
:)
