[Committee] Comm meeting this wednesday

Hi all,

Hope you've had a relaxing Christmas break, and are all charged up for an exciting term of mission.

Just to say we'll be kicking off with a committee meeting this Wednesday.  I propose we meet at 3pm, as I have an interview in the morning that could drag on.  We'll be back to our normal time of 2pm next week.  If anyone genuinely can't make 3pm please reply asap, otherwise I'll assume you're all OK for 3pm.

Agenda: Finalising New Committee and Cell Leaders

Also could I remind those of you already on committee that have been approached last term to stay on for another year, that John and I would love to have a decision from you by Monday as already agreed.  We need you to say:
- Yes/No to staying on committee
- Yes/No to the role you offered. If No, do you have any particular preferences for a different role.
