Room bookings for the next 2 terms (until August) open on Monday. What I have at the moment are:
HUB-G47A&B

Impact-SAF 121 (do you want to try 122 as well?)

Prayer and praise at end of March-Skempton 101

Mission Week-SAF 121-122 Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri lunchtime, and one of the rooms downstairs if we can all day.



  1.  Do we still agree on these rooms or would people like any changes?
  2.  Any other rooms?

Welcome to December and we have a couple of quick updates:

We are Metric
We are Metric applications for next term are open for next term. If your group is interested in hosting a night, read the details and download the form at http://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/food-drink/metric/we-are-metric/. Send the completed version to the Deputy President (Finance & Services) at dpfs at imperial.ac.uk. The deadline for submissions is midnight on Friday 2 December.

Room Bookings
Open this Monday, 5th December, at 10am. The booking period is LONGER this time- from the first day of Spring Term till the end of August.

Server Training
For those of you having website issues, Paul, the system admin, will be in SAC from 12-2 tomorrow to help you in person with any queries you have.  He can also be reached at icusys at imperial.ac.uk<mailto:icusys at imperial.ac.uk>.
