[Committee] Comm meeting Wed 5 May

Hey all,

It would be good if we all met for committee meeting this Wednesday at 2pm.  We will be thinking some more about Freshers Week.

We have a fair bit to plan before the summer holidays so in the words of Tesco - "every little counts".  The Civ Eng lot (Rebecca, Tom, Josh U) won't be able to make it, but I think we will press on anyway.

Let me know asap if you can make 2pm on Wednesday? I think everyone said yes during last week's meeting anyway.

The meeting will last about 1hr 30mins, and I'll make sure John Raftery gives me beats if I over run.
