[Committee] hoodie

cheers guys - all good ideas . . .
one of the ideas I had is more of a paraphrase of a verse . . .

"You've been INVITED . . . ,
 . . . What's your excuse?"

 . . . or words to that effect . . .based on the banquet parable where everyone makes excuses . . . bit provocvative . . . but it could just look plain rude to people who don't know what it's about . . .

It's basically Luke 14:16 - 20 in fewer words . . .

 16 Jesus replied: “A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. 17 At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is now ready.’

   18 “But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, ‘I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.’

   19 “Another said, ‘I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I’m on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.’

   20 “Still another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’



Keep the ideas coming, and let me know your thoughts!  Also, if you have any thoughts on the design itself - probably pigeon related!

yo dudes,

just emailing you all to see if you have any inspiration for a Bible verse to go on the back of this year's mission week hoodie?  Something that fits in with the invited theme, and preferebly from Luke's Gospel . . . I've had a couple of ideas, but if any of you come up with something better, then let me know . . .
