[Committee] Update on Fresher's Week planning

Hi all,

I hope you're all having a good holiday.  Hopefully not bored already.

This is just an email to get an update from each of you on how you're getting on with planning you're individual areas of responsibility for Fresher's Week.

Please don't hit reply all.  Each reply individually and let me know what you've done so far, the things you still need to do, what you're struggling with and any questions you have.  Please don't feel guilty if you've done little to nothing yet but I would still like a reply from everyone.

If it helps, I've attached the spreadsheet detailing each person's area of responsibility.
